Pgkn Terms and Conditions — Complete Platform Usage Guidelines

1 General Provisions

Pgkn (pgkn.vu) is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between pgkn and its users.

By accessing or using the pgkn website or app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before registering. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using pgkn.

These Terms are provided in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, the English version shall prevail for all legal interpretations.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to register at pgkn. pgkn enforces a strict age verification process, and any account belonging to a minor will be closed immediately.

Single Account Policy

Only one pgkn account is permitted per person. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide your full name, date of birth, address, and contact details accurately at registration. pgkn reserves the right to close any account found to contain false or misleading information.

• Each phone number and email address may only be associated with one account.
• Use a strong password to keep your account secure.
• You may not allow any other person to use your account.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

Deposits at pgkn can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cryptocurrency. All deposits are completely free — pgkn charges no processing fees.

A minimum deposit amount applies, and daily limits vary by payment method. Full details are available on the deposit page.

Withdraw

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. This requires submitting a copy of your national ID or passport.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a registered payment method.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Pgkn may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals at pgkn may take up to 72 hours to process.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Pgkn offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free spin promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before acceptance.

Wagering Requirements

Withdrawing bonus winnings generally requires wagering the bonus amount 20–40 times. This requirement may vary for specific bonuses.

• Bonuses must be claimed within a specified validity period. Any unclaimed bonus will expire once the period ends.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously.
• Certain games are not eligible for bonus play — this will be specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• Pgkn reserves the right to void bonuses if abuse is suspected.

5 Gaming Rules and Policies

The pgkn game lobby features over 500 games. Every game is audited by internationally recognized testing agencies and certified by an RNG (Random Number Generator).

Game Outcomes

All game outcomes at pgkn are completely fair and random. In the event that a technical error affects the result of a game, pgkn reserves the right to void that round.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the relevant policy will be applied accordingly.
• Using software or automation tools to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs is not allowed — pgkn may void any winnings resulting from such incidents.
• Pgkn reserves the right to temporarily suspend or remove any game at any time.
